Please remember when purchasing that we DO NOT offer refunds, exchanges or returns of ANY kind.
Sizing
Pressed Drip is NOT responsible if the customer incorrectly measures or chooses the incorrect size during checkout. We ask that you properly measure out your nail sizes in order to assure that the set will fit your nails. If you are still unsure, we offer a Size Kit for purchase to guarantee the perfect set. *Please refer to our sizing + shape tab for guidance!*
Can I reuse my press on's?
If you properly care for them while wearing them and after removing them, they're most definitely reusable. If you have an inexpensive e-file, you can clean up the nail glue and reuse all you want. If you plan on wearing the nails for a short period of time, we recommend using sticky tabs instead of the glue provided. Make sure that you properly prep the nail prior to application to ensure a longer wear with your nails!
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, after the first 24 hours of completing your order, we cannot cancel a order. Please ensure you are a 100% positive of your order when checking out and completing the transaction. What is included in my order?
Your order includes 10 nails (1 set) of your desired choice. As of 8/3/2020, nail glue and files will be sold separately. You can purchase and application kit or the nail glue itself along with your order
Returns/Exchanges?
Due to sanitary reasons, we DO NOT offer returns or exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Processing/Shipping
Please allow 5-7 days processing and an estimated 2-3 business days for shipping. Custom orders might require additional processing days. Due to the Election and holiday season quickly approaching, please expect possible shipping delays. I, Amber Rose Oatman, personally handle, customize and process all orders. If there is a high amount of orders, please expect possible delays.
Pressed Drip hands over any accountability for shipping of the order, transit, and the delivery process. We assume no responsibility for missing or lost packages and are not required to issue refunds or replacements on your orders. If you prefer a signature when delivering, please make that request in the notes sections at checkout.
We are now offering “insured shipping protection”. This is $8 (Est. 1-3 day shipping) via USPS. In case of a missing or stolen package, your order is insured from the amount you paid by USPS. You must file a claim with the Postal Service and submit your claim. Once again PRESSED DRIP IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MISSING OR STOLEN PACKAGES.
Replacement Nail
If you break a nail or if it is the wrong size, you can purchase a replacement nail for $3. Please note at checkout your order #, nail size, and color/design that needs a replacement.
Nail Prep
- Remove excess oils from nails using alcohol
- File, Cut, and Buff natural nails prior to applying glue
- Apply Glue to nail
- Proceed with nail application
Custom Orders
I will be taking 2-4 custom orders per week. Please understand I am a one woman show working extra hard to get orders out to you all on time.
